- How Your Work Exudes Your Brand Story. We call this part of your brand story your ‘secret sauce’. How does the work you do make you different from your competition? What is it that you do that would give your customers a unique and unforgettable experience? It is by describing what it is that you do that can also draw customers into your brand story.
