"Progress is the oxygen of happiness" - Ronit Enos

Hi, I'm Ronit

I am the CEO and founder of Salon Cadence.

For the past decade, I’ve been on a mission to help serious business owners—especially women—get out of their way, build a profit-through-impact company, and achieve the level of success necessary to live their dreams, all while never feeling alone during the process.

Ultimately I found my creative calling in the salon industry. In 2001, I founded Maxime Salon on the South Shore of Massachusetts and grew the company into the high six-figures over a decade of fun, learning, and passion.

It quickly became apparent that running a small business meant I was never off-the-clock. I knew I had to find the balance between life—raising two children—and work, so I streamlined every aspect of the business and was as efficient as possible. Eventually, this process allowed me the free time that many small business owners struggle to achieve.

My next dream is to take Salon Cadence global, helping women in distressed situations worldwide to take control of their lives by building their own profitable companies.

Businesses don’t run in vacuums. We partner with local and national charities, helping organizations and non-profits donating both time and money wherever we can. Businesses are like people: they need to participate in their communities.

My Story

1987 - 1988

Flight Attendant:

I loved traveling around the world and taking care of people on the flights. While traveling, I met my best friend, love, and rock, Bill. As our romance grew, I found my purpose. My husband and I always believed that your career supports your dreams.

Built and sold a catering company in Colorado:

At age 25 – with two small children – I built a catering company for local events. I always loved cooking and missed it. That love inspired me to create a company and market my products in a new country.

Opened my first salon:

I opened my first salon and was able to expand, building a company that served my team, my community, and my dreams. I learned how to become a financial Jedi by creating a Profit First Salon.

Hult University:

At Hult University, I learned how much I love innovation, start-ups, and mentoring. Being part of multiple boards at Hult taught me that mentoring was my personal “Zone of Genius.” Because of that, I decided to create a learning center for entrepreneurs who want wealth and strive to live a purpose-driven life while feeling fulfilled and joyful.

Salon Cadence:

This is my first brainstorming session where I created the vision for Salon Cadence. This initial session has blossomed into a white-glove teaching, training, and mentoring company born to empower owners to become the CEO of their business and their lives. Through my journey of milestones and experiences, I’m able to help serious salon and spa owners scale their business to 7+ figures and build a team-run company so they can have the time, freedom, and financial success they deserve. Salon Cadence helps these owners get out from behind the chair, room, or desk, and build Profit First salons.

You Can Make an Impact

WITH EVERY PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE, YOU SUPPORT A PERSON IN NEED.

The first and only national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients afford scalp cooling, a treatment that can dramatically reduce chemotherapy-induced hair loss. As well as subsidizing the treatment, we help to raise awareness and offer information and support to patients considering the use of scalp cooling to keep their hair during chemotherapy.

Cool & Dope is a kid-led nonprofit, started by then six-year-old, Cavanaugh Bell who after being bullied and told that he was too young to volunteer set out to prove to the world that anyone can have an impact. By speaking with federal, state, and local lawmakers, raising awareness about the effects of bullying, and by spreading acts of kindness in his many kid-inspired community campaigns, Cavanaugh and his tribe of Positivity Creators are on a mission to end all bullying worldwide by 2030.

Fighting hunger means more than just providing a meal. It’s about showing up in communities to support our neighbors in a way that makes a difference.
