Ronit Enos, CEO and Founder of Salon Cadence, is a serial entrepreneur and visionary strategist. With a track record of building successful businesses, she has created five companies, including the award-winning Maxime Salon, which achieved 7-figure revenues and 6-figure net profits under her leadership. An author and motivational speaker, Ronit is set to publish “Profit First for Salons” this year, sharing her innovative approach to financial freedom and strategic business growth.

Ronit’s methods and insights have been featured in Salon Today, Aveda Means Business, and recognized by the Hult International Entrepreneur MBA Program, Thrive Global, and Authority Magazine. She has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies and consulted for Park Nahsonim alongside the Coca Cola Israel board.

In 2017, Ronit launched Salon Cadence, a coaching program that has generated over $2.5M in net profits for its members. Her weekly series, Huddle Time with Ronit, reached 100,000 viewers worldwide, offering industry expertise during critical times.

Outside of business, Ronit loves exploring in her Airstream and donates 10% of her business profits to charity, underscoring her belief in giving back and making a difference.
